We want you to love your new jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure pieces are returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Myra Gems account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the item in its original gemstone box and protective mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
